I recently had an amazing manicure experience at this salon, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm atmosphere and elegant decor of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, attentively listening to my needs and crafting a beautiful manicure according to my instructions. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

The technician who did my nails was exceptionally patient and meticulous with every step. My nails are quite difficult to work with, and I am very particular about them. I wanted the manicure to closely follow the natural curve of my nails, which is something few salons can achieve. However, this salon succeeded brilliantly!!!

The result was absolutely perfect—this is by far the best manicure I've ever had. I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a top-notch manicure experience!

I'm very disappointed. My first visit was great, and I even asked the nail technician's name because she did such a wonderful job. Unfortunately, it was her last day, so I couldn't see her again.

This time, the technician seemed new. She kept asking her coworkers and the owner for guidance on what to do. She didn’t fully understand the design I wanted, and it ended up taking 3 hours and 30 minutes to finish. She even blamed me, saying it took so long because I kept changing the design. I only changed it because she said she couldn’t do the original one I wanted.

She also tried to avoid doing the design by suggesting something simpler, like adding nail stones. If the owner hadn’t helped her finish, it could have taken 4 hours—I’m not exaggerating.

The experience was very stressful, and it's unfortunate that I'll now have to look for another nail salon. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re fluent in Chinese (so you can understand everything they’re saying among themselves), or if you can ensure the owner will do your nails directly. They don’t seem to care about customers who speak different languages.
